I hope you had a wonderful Easter! Whether celebrating the resurrection of your Lord, hunting for Easter eggs or just enjoying a relaxing Sunday- I hope it brought a smile.
My parents are visiting this week. Time seems to fly by faster each year, so I'm grateful they're healthy enough to make the long trek down from Alaska to see us. It's a wonderful week of catching up!
We had a sleepover with the grands last week while they were on Spring Break and watched... you guessed it- THE SOUND OF MUSIC! For the 357th time! I realized I'd mixed up two scenes mentioned in last week's newsletter. Did you already know
that?Turns out when the children sing 'So Long, Farewell" they are NOT in order of age. That's the scene when Julie Andrews gets introduced to them as their governess. I morphed them into one scene in my mind- lol! Regardless, I was reminded why I LOVE it all over again! If you have never seen it (gasp) or it's been awhile, it is worth watching!
